We were thrilled to see so many of you experience The New Standard of Protein at #IFTFirst!

This event was a fantastic opportunity to connect with forward-thinking individuals as we collectively reimagine how to create products that embody The New Standard of Protein — products with superior quality and performance, more delicious tastes and textures, that are kinder to animals and the planet.  

I had the privilege of joining a panel at IFT to delve into the critical need for products that not only meet but exceed consumer expectations. This is one of the critical components to unlocking the next wave of protein innovation, breaking through in a tough, competitive marketplace and unleashing the untapped commercial power of protein.  

We know complementary protein sources aren't just a nice-to-have option — they're essential for nourishing a growing global population while safeguarding our planet. But we have to satisfy consumer needs in innovative new ways
